God in Daily Life
In the end the little way invites us to find the big in the small, God in the pots, pans and every other thing and every other person in daily life and to respond with love and devotion, in a spirit of childlike trust and faith. This “direct route” is a call and way to holiness—a call all of us can answer.
Activity
Lent activities start on Ash Wednesday and end on Wednesday of Holy Week.
Thought for the Week
What Jesus Said and Why It Matters Now
As we personalize Jesus’ decision to take up his cross, we are confronted with three responses to carrying it. Like the disciples, we can refuse the cross and run away. Like Simon of Cyrene, we can carry the cross because it’s forced on us. Or, like Jesus, we can willingly embrace it.
