Scripture
•I myself will gather the remnant of my flock from all the lands to which I have driven them and bring them back to their meadow; there they shall increase and multiply. (Jeremiah 23:3)
•In Christ Jesus you who once were far off have become near by the blood of Christ. (Ephesians 2:13)
•When he disembarked and saw the vast crowd, his heart was moved with pity for them, for they were like sheep without a shepherd; and he began to teach them many things. (Mark 6:34)

Reflection
•What is the primary reason Jesus enters the world?
•How do you become part of this mission?
•How do you spread the gospel?

By doing things as Jesus would do them, as God would do them, you free God from the veils of invisibility and make him visible on man’s journey. Faith is an act, not a series of idle remarks. Hope is an undertaking bathed in light, not a pious sentiment. Charity is an event, not a devotional little prayer.1
