Reflection
(Luke 24:13-35)
They said to each other, “Were not our hearts burning within us while he was talking to us on the road, while he was opening the scriptures to us?” These two disciples immediately set out and told the apostles how Jesus was revealed to them in the breaking of the bread, the Eucharist. Have you ever felt your heart “burning” inside you at Mass? In prayer? Have you shared this experience with others?

Thought for the Week
The King, Crucified and Risen: Meditations on the Passion and Glory of Christ
Take your time today. Pray and give thanks and adore the risen Christ, alive with His divinity but above all in His humanity, in His Body and Blood in the Eucharist, alive in the eyes of charity in all who suffer. Say it over and over to yourself. Christ is risen. He is truly risen.
